This notice explains what personal data is processed when you visit fiftysixoperators.com or email us, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
The controller is Fiftysix Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17494867. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Fiftysix Operators and studio lazul are trading names of Fiftysix Consulting Ltd. For anything about your data, email enquiries@fiftysixoperators.com.
No cookies, analytics or tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not build profiles of visitors.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers). To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes standard request logs: your IP address, browser user agent, the URL requested and the time of the request. This is necessary to operate a secure website, which is our legitimate interest.
Email sent to us is handled by our email provider, Proton AG (Switzerland). Switzerland is recognised by the UK as providing adequate protection for personal data. When you write to us we use your name, email address and anything you include to reply and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the relationship and any legal or accounting obligations, then delete it. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, or object to how we use it. Email enquiries@fiftysixoperators.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
